Why is it called Flowerista?
Le piante sono un esempio di successo evolutivo a cui ispirarsi, anche in ambito aziendale. A contatto con la natura possiamo trovare l’ispirazione per guardare la realtà con occhi nuovi, per contrapporre al pensiero tradizionale, lineare e gerarchico, un tipo di pensiero caratterizzato dall’orizzontalità e dall’interconnessione, dotato di un modello cooperativo dove le persone sviluppano un pensiero eco-sistemico, si allenano alla cooperazione, al crescere insieme, elaborano strategie e modalità davvero sostenibili ed ecologiche per l’intera organizzazione.

Sono radicate al suolo, senza possibilità di spostarsi. Non sfuggono ai problemi, li affrontano. Trovando nuove soluzioni e idee. Per le piante l’immobilità è diventata una forza evolutiva che le ha fatte sopravvivere per 500 milioni di anni. Quello che noi “esseri animali” avremmo vissuto come un limite invalicabile, è diventato invece per le piante un’opportunità. Si sono evolute imparando a sopravvivere anche perdendo fino all’80% del loro corpo, grazie alla distribuzione delle funzioni vitali in modo diffuso e modulare.
Every plant existing on earth today can be considered a true success story of evolution and continuous improvement. Every plant, every tree is an organism, an organization that in many cases has found itself having to solve problems and succeeding by humility, kindness, and above all, resource efficiency.
Our digital world is inspired by this, the Internet itself, in fact, is an example of a distributed and decentralized organization. Our Community Generated Business is not far removed from all of this.

We are a Benefit Corporation
Flowerista is a Benefit Corporation. This means that we have included social and environmental impact objectives in our bylaws, alongside profit, since our inception in 2022.
Every year we publish our Impact Report, publicly available. Because for us, innovation only makes sense if it generates shared value.
