Flowerista exists because people and organizations need new tools to understand the world they live in and work better together. We started working with freelancers who needed to learn how to navigate the digital world without getting lost. Then came businesses, with their teams to align and stories to tell. Today we work so that no person and no organization feels alone facing the change.
A single platform to inform and train yourself on innovation and impact, build authentic relationships, give shape to your ideas, and understand how to stay relevant in a constantly changing context.
Our motto is to do impact innovation, but what do we mean exactly?

The Flowerista Community was born in 2018 around a Manifesto of values written by multiple hands. Since then it has grown to number more than 20,000 people reached through our main touchpointsocial, video, newsletter, podcast, the blog, and all the most deeply rooted local initiatives, such as free events, the Festival, workshops, and multiple networking opportunities. All driven by what we have always believed in: innovation can only be defined as such if technological progress constantly accompanies social progress.
